FAQS
-
Fresh pasta cooks much faster than dried supermarket pasta. Once your water reaches a rolling boil with a pinch of salt, drop the pasta in and cook for 3–6 minutes, depending on the shape and your preferred bite. Taste as you go — when the pasta is tender but still has a little firmness, you’re ready to drain and sauce.
-
Yes. Even though it’s made fresh, many customers freeze it at home to enjoy later in the week. If you choose to freeze yours, we recommend sealing it well to avoid freezer burn. You can cook it directly from frozen, just allow a little extra time and test for texture before serving.
-
Keep the pasta sealed and refrigerated as soon as you get home. Because it’s made with no additives or preservatives, it’s best enjoyed fresh and used within 6 days.
-
Our frozen sauces are vacuum-sealed and keep for up to 2 months in the freezer. Thaw in the fridge overnight or gently heat from frozen, breaking apart as the sauce melts. For best results, add a splash of pasta water when warming to bring the sauce back to life.
-
Each 400g pack serves four people, making it perfect for family dinners, easy entertaining, or stocking the freezer with quick meals. If you're feeding big appetites, pairing the pasta with one of our sauces gives you a generous meal with leftovers.
-
No — just salt your water generously. Fresh pasta prefers space to move, so use a large pot and stir once or twice to prevent sticking.
-
Save a cup of pasta water to help your sauce cling
Toss the pasta and sauce together in the pan for 1 minute
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil or freshly grated cheese
Serve immediately — fresh pasta waits for no one
